MyMaths
Friday, 16 September 2011 18:52MyMaths consists of ready made lessons and online homework. It has been rolled out across the school from Year 1 up to Year 6. Your child will be provided with all the information they need to access and use the site.
The benefits for them and for the parents are many, one of which is the ability to replay lessons. If they are stuck on a particular piece of homework (or you are having difficulty explaining it) you can take them through the same lesson that they would have had in the classroom. Additional benefits are that you can login and see how they are doing very quickly and easily as it tracks all their homework results and they can log in at anytime to play maths games, revise topics and really push themselves to improve.
As far as we know we are one the first islamic primary schools, if not the first, to be using such resources.
We hope that you find this a really useful resource for your child. Please try to make full use of it. If you have any questions about MyMaths, please don't hesitate to speak to your child's class teacher.
